Delivery Information
We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days.
Delivery is set as a flat rate of £2.99 for all orders below the value of £49.99. Delivery of orders over £50.00 is Free.
As we also sell yarns in the mill shop & due to the popularity of some yarns and manufacturers stock levels - there may be a slightly longer delay in sending these out as they may have to be ordered via the manufacturer if our stock has ran out. In special circumstances such as this we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know the expected delivery date.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
